Flush & Reboot Smoothie (Ink Support Blend)
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop vegan protein powder
- ½ cup cherries (pitted)
- ½ cup mixed berries
- ½ cup celery (or fresh sprouts)
- 1 apple, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh ginger
- 1 tsp fresh turmeric
- 2 cups almond milk (or filtered water)
- Optional: fresh mint
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth and consume immediately.
Best Time to Drink:
Morning post-treatment or daily during the recovery phase.
Cleansing Berry & Greens Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
- 2 cups pineapple or melon
- 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 cup leafy greens (spinach, kale, or romaine)
- Optional: nettle leaves or nettle tea
Instructions:
If using nettle, steep and allow to cool. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
